Bicycle and electric bicycle owners can board our car ferries for a fee of 0.05 kurus.
Electric Scooter owners can use our passenger or car ferries with the normal passenger fare.

On our ships, all necessary measures are taken and facilities are provided to ensure the safety of life and property of our passengers in accordance with the requirements of the Safety of Life and Property at Sea (SOLAS 74) Convention, the Technical Regulation of Ships and the Local Maritime Traffic Guide. In this context, a person who boards our ship for the first time should also help himself and those around him in an emergency and have sufficient technical knowledge about our ship. In addition, promotional films prepared by the relevant units of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality continue to be broadcast on our Car Ferries and Light Passenger Ships.

• Dogs weighing less than 5 Kilograms can travel in the Car Ferry and Cruise Ship lounges at any time of the day by being carried on the lap or in their special strollers, provided that a leash and muzzle are worn.
• Dogs weighing more than 5 kilograms (medium and large breeds) can travel in car ferry and cruise ship lounges, provided that they have a leash and muzzle on, except between 07.30 - 09.30 and 16.00 - 19.00. Dogs will be located on the floor of the hall and close to their owner, without blocking the corridor passage inside the hall. Dogs will not be allowed in passenger seats.
• Guide dogs, bred for emotional support and providing moral support and psychiatric services, can travel in car ferry and cruise ship lounges at any time of the day, accompanied by their owner, with a collar and muzzle not exceeding 50 cm in length.

• Cats can travel in car ferry and cruise ship lounges at any time of the day, provided that they are carried in specially designed cat bags, baskets or cages. Cats will not be allowed to be carried on a leash or on their lap along with school and Sunday bags, sports backpacks, supply boxes, parcels, handbags and similar materials.

• Small pet bird species can travel in car ferry and cruise ship lounges, provided that they are carried in a cage.
