İZDENİZ takes into consideration the laws, relevant legislation and international standards in terms of its safe, reliable and quality service understanding during its passenger and vehicle transportation and marina operation services activities in sea transportation.
İZDENİZ has adopted an innovative and continuous improvement approach, which adopts the principle of providing comfortable public transportation services and marina management services by sea within the borders of İzmir Bay, keeping an eye on the satisfaction of personnel and passengers / customers, being environmentally friendly, closely following technological developments.
İZDENİZ declares its policy written below in order to maintain the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System established with the participation of all personnel and to make the necessary improvements in a timely and complete manner:
*By working with a focus on passenger / customer satisfaction, to understand passenger / customer needs and expectations in the best way, to produce solutions, to provide timely and accurate information,
*To ensure the continuity of passenger/customer satisfaction by correctly evaluating all passenger/customer applications and responding as soon as possible,
*To use natural resources efficiently and in a controlled manner in order to prevent pollution to the city
*To use natural resources effectively and efficiently with the principle of sustainability by considering future generations while performing services within the field of activity.
*To constantly review the system and to create opportunities for improvement by displaying a quality-oriented approach in organizational structuring and activities.
*Zero defect-oriented work in working environments with equipped human resources and appropriate infrastructure
