Pursuant to the Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), I hereby acknowledge, declare and undertake that I have read, observed and evaluated the information text about the processing of my personal data by your Institution/Entity, and that I have given my consent to the processing of all personal data I have communicated to your Institution or that my personal data obtained by your Institution, within the scope of purposes and reasons stated and that I hereby acknowledge with my free will to transfer the same to the people included in the text; save for my rights included and determined under KVKK.

In accordance with the provisions of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), any information that makes your identity specific or identifiable, will be processed by Izmir Deniz Isletmeciligi Nakliye ve Turizm Ticaret A.S.; as being the Data Controller, within the scope of the below, as Personal Data. “Personal Data Process” shall include any type of transaction performed on data such as data collection, recording, storage, protection, amendment, re-arrangement, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, to make available hereof, classification, or prevention of use of the subject data.

As being Izmir Deniz Isletmeciligi Nakliye ve Turizm Ticaret A.S.; we attach importance to the security of your personal data and we would like to keep in mind that we continue our activities with the awareness that the security of your personal data is at the forefront in the services we offer to you.

The confidentiality of your private life and the protection of your fundamental rights and freedoms are our basic principles when using your personal data in our services.

The purposes and legal reasons of processing your Personal Data:

The purpose and legal reasons of processing your Personal Data is to use in the services to be rendered to you within the scope of the law and related legislation with which our institution related, to perform our municipality services in order to determine the information on the holder and the addressee of all kinds of business and transactions within this scope; to record your identifying information, address, telephone number, tax number and other information that are defined as personal data pursuant to KVKK; to organize information and documents based on the activities and the transactions to be performed on paper or through electronic media, to comply with the information storage, reporting and disclosure requirements of all competent and administrative authorities in accordance with the relevant legislation, to be able to perform our services under the laws we are bound to and to be able to render other services offered or requested by our institution.

Transferring Your Personal Data:

Your personal data in our institution may be transferred to the legally compelled/permitted people, institution and/or organizations, as stipulated in the law, other laws and other legislation we are bound to, as well as Izmir Metropolitan Municipality in order to carry out the services provided to the citizens; and within the scope of related legislation, to the universities, public institutions and third parties who are served to carry out our activities, within the framework of legal restrictions.

Personal Data Collection Method:

Your personal data is to be collected by means of all declaration / information forms and other documents related to the transactions issued with your approval and / or signature in accordance with the relevant legislation, by your electronic confirmation and / or signature, by means of our Institution, Service Units, Web Pages, Call Center, Kiosks, orally, in writing or in electronic media.

Your rights under Article 11 of the Law:

By contacting our Institution, you may provide the following, in terms of your personal data that;

1. a) Learn whether it is processed,

2. b) Request information if processed,

3. c) Learning the purpose of process and whether used in compliance of the purpose hereof,

4. d) To be able to know the 3rd person to which the personal data transferred within the country / abroad,

5. e) Requesting correction if deficiently / incorrectly processed,

6. f) Request to be deleted / destroyed in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the KVKK,

7. g) Requests that transactions made pursuant to clauses (e) and (f) be notified to third parties where personal data is transferred,

8. h) Objection to the emergence of a result against you because it is exclusively analyzed by automated systems,

9. i) You have the right to claim your loss if you incur losses due to unlawful processing.
